We are currently looking for a driven and business-oriented student for a part-time position as a Meeting Booker at Poolia Malmö. You will work approximately 1 day per week.

We are now located in newly renovated offices in Hyllie, Malmö, together with our group colleagues Uniflex and Qrios.

As a Meeting Booker at Poolia, you will become an important part of our team, which consists of a Business Unit Manager, Recruitment Consultant, Consultant Manager, and Researcher. You will work with prospecting and contact companies via phone to schedule meetings for our senior colleagues. The role offers you a unique opportunity to develop your skills in sales, communication, and business development in a growing company.

Examples of tasks include:

• Prospecting and identifying potential customers
• Contacting companies via phone
• Scheduling high-quality customer meetings for senior colleagues
• Documenting activities in our systems
• Contributing to the development of our sales efforts and customer network
• Assisting in creating quotes and other administrative support related to sales

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying a post-secondary education at a Vocational Higher Education Institute (YH) or university
• Is results-oriented and goal-driven
• Is trustworthy, fearless, and relationship-focused
• Has a professional appearance with a high level of ambition
• Is structured, curious, and self-motivated
• Is unpretentious and solution-oriented
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not a requirement
